Mother-Daughter workshop for 5^th and/or 6^th grade girls (and mothers – yes, together!):

Mothers, do you want to talk to your daughter about her changing body but don’t know how to get started? Or does your daughter stare at her shoes and shrug when you bring up the topic? Join other girls and women to tackle the subject together at an uplifting workshop which will address:

• Body changes in 9-16 year old girls
• Realities of being female
• Self esteem
• Products
• Hopes and dreams...
• And more!

Connect with other women and girls and plan to leave feeling good about being female. Session will be led by RN specialist, Amy Sluss.
